Guest Policies

  • We are a smoke-free property. Smoking of any kind (cigarette, cigar, etc) is not permitted on our property and will incur a $250 fee for the necessary cleaning and sanitizing.

  • We do not allow parties, events or gatherings.

  • Dogs must be leashed and under control at all times when not in your room or private area.

  • Our rooms have many valuable antique furnishings and decorations. Damages will be billed to the guest for the total cost of the damaged item(s).

  • Lost keys incur a $50 fee

  • We try our best to be kind to the environment. Please turn off lights, air conditioning, and TV when not in use.

  • Check in is at 3pm.

  • Check out is 11am. If a later check out is needed, please contact us in advance to make arrangements. Checking out later than 3pm will be billed as an additional night stay for the current value of the room.

  • Children: We welcome children twelve (12) years of age and older. If a reservation is made, or a change in a reservation is made, where a child under the age of twelve (12) is staying, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation upon arrival.

We reserve the right to refuse future reservations for any guests that violate our guest policies.

Saratoga Racing Season Reservations

Racing Season reservations made prior to the start of racing season made directly with us and not through a third-party website are given preference. Racing season guests are incredibly special to us, and these reservations will include amenities such as personal check in, daily room refreshing, and parking privileges.

Reservations throughout Saratoga Springs during Racing season are in high demand; many guests reserve up to a year in advance. Please plan ahead accordingly. We open reservations for Racing Season in January of the same year. Reservations must be secured with a non-refundable deposit or paid in full at the time of booking. If paid in full, cancellation with full refund is available up until 1 month prior to arrival. Reservations made on or after the first day of Racing season are non-refundable and must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Pet Policies

  • Friendly, well behaved dogs under 50lbs are welcome for a one-time fee of $50. This fee goes toward the extra cleaning and sanitation needed for pet stays. This fee does not include damages to towels, sheets, blankets, quilts, rugs, and furniture. A determination of damage will be assessed and charges will be applied for any damage.

  • Any dogs MUST be noted at the time of booking a reservation.

  • Dogs must be leashed and under control when outside of your room or private area.

  • Due to higher potential for damage, we do not allow cats.

  • Pet owners must be mindful of other guests and other pets that are also staying on the property.

  • Please keep your dog under control and quiet. Any barking from quiet hours of 8pm - 8am will incur a fee.

  • If allowing your pet onto the furniture, please use the provided blanket

  • The surrounding neighborhood is wonderful for walking. Please be respectful of others and clean up after your pet when walking.

  • If leaving your pet in the room, please let us know and provide us with a cell phone number where you can be reached in the event of any noise complaints or emergencies.
